Information on the processing of personal data (Art. 13-14 Reg.to UE 2016/679)

SCHNELL SPA, as Holder of your personal data, pursuant to and for the effects of the EU Reg. 2016/679 hereafter 'GDPR', hereby informs you that the aforementioned regulation provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data and that such treatment will be based on principles of fairness, legality, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights. 
Your personal data will be processed in compliance with the laws of the aforementioned law and the confidentiality obligations provided therein. 

Purpose of personal data processing: 

Your data will be processed for purposes related to the implementation of the following fulfillments relating to legislative or contractual obligations:  
technical and functional access to the site no data is kept after closing the browser;
Statistics and Analysis of navigation and users with anonymised IP.

The processing of the functional data for the accomplishment of such obligations is necessary for a proper management of the relationship and their contribution is required to implement the above-mentioned purposes. The Holder makes known, moreover, that any failure to communicate or incorrect communication of the obligatory information, may cause the inability of the Holder to guarantee the congruity of the treatment itself.  
The Holder may become aware of particular categories of personal data and details: membership, parties to trade unions, philosophical or other convictions, religious beliefs, Internet Browsing Log Files, political opinions, racial or ethnic origins, sexual life. The processing of personal data for these particular categories is carried out in compliance with Article 9 of the GDPR.

Your personal data may also, with your consent be used for the following purposes:
  • To inform you about our possible promotional activities; Marketing and Advertising purposes
  • To send you sales information via e-mail or sms;
  • To inform you about future sales initiatives, launch of new products, services and offers, both from us and from affiliated and / or subsidiaries and sales partners;
  • To select working staff.
The provision of data is optional for the above purposes, and your refusal to treatment does not compromise the continuation of the relationship or the adequacy of the treatment itself.

Processing methods:

Your personal data may be processed by means of electronic computers using software systems managed by third parties.

All processing are carried out in compliance with conditions of articles. 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures.

Notice:

Your data will be released only to competent and duly appointed persons for the performance of the services necessary for a correct management of the employment relationship with the guarantee of protection of rights.
Your data will be processed only by persons authorized by the Holder and, in particular, by the following subjects in charge: 
Marketing Department
Programmers and Analysts

Your data may be shared with third parties duly appointed Data Processors, in particular to:
Google Analytics: Advertising target, Analytics / Measurement, Optimization.

Disclosure of personal data: 

Your personal information will not be disclosed in any way.
Your personal data is also transferred, limited to the above ideas, in the following States: EU countries.

Data retention period: 

Please note that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, the limitation of needs and the minimization of data, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of personal data is:
established for a period of time that does not exceed the services provided.

You have the right to obtain from the holder the cancellation (right to oblivion), limitation, updating, correction, portability, opposition to the processing of your personal data, as well as mainly all the rights provided from the articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.

1. Obtain confirmation of the existence or not of your personal data, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. Obtain information:
_a) of the origin of personal data ; 
_b) of the purposes and methods of treatment; 
_c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic computers; 
_d) of the identity of the Data Holder, of the persons in charge and of the representative eventually appointed pursuant to Art.5, comma 2; 
_e) of the subjects or the categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be submitted or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

3. Obtain:
_a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; 
_b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; 
_c) the statement that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible o involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right; 

4. oppose, in whole or in part: 
_a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of your personal data, although pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
_b) the processing of personal data concerning the purpose of sending advertising or sales material or for carrying out market research or sales communication.
